Thoughts

With this sense of need to break out of what I know in order to go forward, I have been consumed with thoughts of how to do it.  As far as my path goes, I have found that any progress includes a lot of introspection and making choices.  Because I keep exploring on so many levels, I have no real body of work.  It is my intent to now create a cohesive group of paintings.  I will continue with the figure work from life and occasional plein air, but in my studio it is my intent to paint in a more serious manner.  I am posting this in order to hold my own feet to the fire.
