Oil on Linen
In my quest to transition from drawing to painting, I have been reading about and discussing all the rules -- warm vs. cool, opaque vs. transparency, attention to edges, greys vs. pure color, etc. This one was painted with the method I have settled on as my permanent way of doing things: forget the rules; paint what you see.
