Graphite on Stonehenge
As with many other artists, I feel one of the best ways to hone my skills and learn new ways of expression is to copy a piece I find admirable. Here is my rendition of a drawing by Anthony Ryder. I love the Stonehenge paper for graphite drawings and have not yet decided whether my preference is for the warm or cool tones. This drawing took three days and is one I felt good enough about to frame. It cannot be sold or shown, but I am enjoying it in my house.
